In the past 24 hours, Bingbon has twice received hundreds of malicious traffic access initiated from home and abroad in a dedicated attack, which led to two intermittent access issues at different times.
Any malicious attack is short-lived and has no influence on our long-term results. This will only make Bingbon stronger and stronger.
Bingbon is a growing platform, and the future growth path is inevitable for the company with the great support of Bingbon users. Bingbon sincerely thanks again all of its users!
Bingbon will invest more energy in the robustness of the system to gradually polish the product to be more robust and able to withstand these kinds of attacks, but it does take time. During this process, you are welcome to give us feedback on all problems that you may face. If a user's trading experience has been affected, and assets have been damaged due to our issues, we will handle it properly. This is the attitude of Bingbon.
Bingbon will also be improved on the customer service side. All users are encouraged to contact the online customer service for any questions. If the online customer service is not online, you can leave a message. We will deal with it as soon as we receive it, but sometimes the number of questions is too large and processing is not timely. Please bear with us. We will improve this experience as soon as possible.
Finally, we want to say something to our competitors. Bingbon will not actively make any allegations or attacks towards our competitors. We have not done so in the past, will not in the present or future, and we call for friendly competition among the industry.
